Meet Loreda Dragomir, Country Manager Romania & Bulgaria, Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH

 

 Short biography

Prior to joining Kienbaum, Loreda Dragomir was Head of Consumer Products and Services as well as Life Science and Health Care Practice Group Leader, and afterwards promoted as Chief Operating Officer within Stanton Chase Romania.

Previously, Loreda was the Country Manager for Grafton Recruitment. Originally from Romania, she has been living in New York for over a decade where she achieved many goals in her career in fields like banking, administrations, real estate and insurances. When coming back to Romania, she was interested in expanding her professional horizons by seeking new challenges in the area of human resources. Starting from December 2004, she held middle management positions in international Executive Search Consultancies. She graduated with High Honors from SUNY Binghamton where she obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in 1998, and a Master in Teaching in 1999.
 

Reasons to apply 

In the last decade, women had revolutionized the field of human resources, and the world in general, the world which needs more women to express their point of view. As a NRCC board member I can support business women to express their point of view and influence other members put their trust in us.
 

 Objectives as NRCC Board Member

I think this association has many things to accomplish, more members to join, and meaningful events to happen. Being a successful business woman with a strong network as well as network abilities I think I can add value to the association by helping people to connect, communicate and work together. This is my number one objective to increase the networking among members.
