NRCC Elections 2018 - Ronald Oort

Meet Ronald Oort, Chief Risk Officer, ING Bank. 

 

 Short biography

I was born and raised in the Netherlands, but have been privileged to have worked in different countries with different cultures in varying professional settings.I have over 20 years of experience within ING Bank, working in offices located in cities like Amsterdam, Warsaw, Sao Paolo and Bucharest (since 2014).  As a risk manager you are an integral part of all processes and functions performed in a bank and have to balance commercial objectives with the associated risks for all our stakeholders.

- To contribute to the development of the NRCC by means of a transparent and clear communication, openness to change and strategic focus

I thank all the members for the opportunity given to me of being part of the NRCC board so far. I do hope that I will benefit again from their vote of confidence.

I wish that they will stay active and join us in our many activities and also vocal in what they expect from the Board so that the Board can do its best to serve them as best as possible.
