This document sets out the position of NRCC with regards to Emergency Governance Ordinance 54/2010[1] (“Ordinance 54”) regarding measures for preventing tax evasion on the amendment of the Companies Law 31/1990[2] (“Companies Law”).

Representatives of the Romanian business environment and civil society request the Parliament not to restrict their participation in the public online meetings of the specialized committees, in order to be able to support their views, so that the legislative circuit continues to operate based on transparency, and the policies and measures adopted by decision makers are in line with the real needs of society.
