We are pleased to invite you to the NRCC event "The Pathway to Sustainable Business", which will take place ONLINE, on 09 December, from 11:30 hours. The event will be moderated by Teodora Tompea, Journalist at Digi24, host of “Focus on Europe” and “Planeta ești tu”.

 

The event will bring together some of the biggest members of the NRCC, representing a diversity of industries, to discuss about: Panel 1: Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility: Walk the Talk, Panel 2: Sustainability: Clear Actions for the Economy of the Future.

Diverse stakeholders such as government, publics, and nongovernment organizations are forcing businesses to perform sustainably in the highly complex environment. Sustainability requires leaders who could foster sustainable practices in their society, organizations and ignite economic prosperity.

ANA CRIVĂȚ – Head of Corporate Affairs, HEINEKEN Romania

A leader with 16 years of performance in business transformation, Ana embraces change as a necessary step of evolution and personal and professional transformation. Since 2019, she coordinates the Corporate Affairs department of HEINEKEN Romania, managing the internal and external communication, as well as the sustainability and public affairs agendas of the company.

 

She joined the HEINEKEN team in 2013, as Innovation Manager, in the Marketing department, a role from which she coordinated the organization's innovation strategy, with the mission to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and achieved remarkable success for HEINEKEN Romania with the launch of the cider category on the local market, for which the Romanian team obtained an important recognition: "The best launch of the cider category in the world of HEINEKEN".

 

With a solid background in strategic market research, within Ipsos, she has developed teams and growth and transformation strategies for the companies she had the honor to work with, covering a wide range of industries and categories.

 

ANCA ROMAN - Corporate Affairs & Communication Manager, FrieslandCampina

Anca Roman is since 2019 Corporate Affairs & Communication Manager FrieslandCampina Romania. She is working for Frieslandcampina Romania for almost 9 years now. In her current role Anca is responsible for defining, implementing, and coordinating the corporate affairs activities as well as the PR strategy of the company being also responsible for the ESG strategy of FrieslandCampina Romania.

 

Anca is representing FrieslandCampina Romania in several Industry associations, including APRIL (Asociatia Patronala Romana din Industria Laptelui) and NRCC. With an experience of over 15 years in the field, Anca has worked with international brands such as Lay’s, Krax, Star, Bref, Clin, Tom&Jerry, Scooby Doo, Looney Tunes (Warner Bros).

 

Anca believes in the thinks done as they should be and the quote that best describes her way of working is that of L.A. Reid “Find your passion, and it’s no longer work.”

 

MARIUS GAVREA- Manager Specialized Transactions, Business Banking at ING Bank 

Marius joined the ING Bank Romania team in 2015, with the launching of the activity of financing agriculture in the Business Banking segment.

 

He has almost 25 years of experience in the Agribusiness and Financial sectors, with responsibilities in business development and coordination of sales teams, both regionally and nationally.

 

Within ING, Marius is responsible of developing new products, strategies and processes for the agricultural segment. He also plays an active role in monitoring lending conditions and structuring financing transactions, as well as in negotiating financing offers. He conducts various seminars to inform farmers about financing solutions and sustainability.

 

He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics of Babes Bolyai University Cluj Napoca.

 

ADRIAN NICOLAESCU – VP Marketing, Communication, e-commerce and Sustainability at Mega Image

Adrian Nicolaescu is a brand builder and innovator with 22+ years of experience in the FMCG and retail industries. As VP Marketing, Communication and Sustainability at Mega Image, Adrian has an outstanding track record of building a love brand among the supermarkets on the local market, based on local insights, bringing value to customers with sustainability at the core. The added value for Mega Image brand was recognized also within prestigious awards won, as Top cool brand in retail by Forbes, Best International Retailer Award by Magazinul Progresiv, The most dynamic presence in retail by Wall-Street.ro.

 

Previously, Adrian had a breadth of experience as a marketing professional across a wide range of brands as Unilever, Red Bull, Devin, Caroli and Campofrio.

 

Adrian holds a Pre MBA Certificate Program Intensive English Communications for Managers at San Diego State Univeristy and attented a dedicated program within Ahold Delhaize Group „From Purpose to Legacy” at Harvard Business School.

SUSTAINABILITY: CLEAR ACTIONS FOR THE ECONOMY OF THE FUTURE

 

Presented by:

 

ALIN NEACSU - Head of Large Corporate, Executive Director at Raiffeisen Bank 

Alin Neacsu is heading the Large Corporate activity, as Executive Director at Raiffeisen Bank. He is an experienced professional, with over 20 years in the banking sector, who also loves to interact with people and to inspire and develop others. 

 

Alin is a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies and has a Master's degree from the University of Cergy Pontoise at the Versailles Academy. He started his career in France at Fortis Bank in 1999 in a multicultural environment, with a strong Dutch/Belgian influence. 

 

10 years later he decided to take a new challenge and to participate to the implementation of the bank in Romania where he broadened his professional experience by alternating diverse responsibilities and job positions in the CEE region.  

 

Since 2017 he has joined the Raiffeisen Bank team, now coordinating the Large Corporate Division. He also plays an active role in the bilateral chambers of commerce in which Raiffeisen Bank holds membership – The Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC), The German-Romanian Chamber of Commerce (AHK), the Austrian Business Club etc.   

 

RĂZVAN COPOIU - CEO at Signify SEE

Razvan Copoiu holds, since August 2020, the position of CEO of Signify Romania and 10 other countries in the south-eastern region of Europe (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Republic of Moldova, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Kosovo). He has an extensive expertise in B2B sales management of electrical equipment and in the field of renewable energy, industrial automation but also software, IoT and Cloud-based solutions, as a result of over 20 years of experience and international exposure in the energy and industrial fields, both in the private and in the public sector, in Romania and in other European countries.

 

Razvan graduated from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest and SUPELEC – École Supérieure d’Électricité in Paris, two Master of Sciences programs and an Executive-MBA at ASEBUSS Romanian-American Business School. He is also certified in Life Coaching and Business Coaching.
