Andreea Ignătescu, Tax Manager – As a Manager within Mazars Romania, Andreea has in-depth knowledge of the specific tax issues faced by both local and multinational companies, with an emphasis on direct taxes and M&A assistance. Among her experience, Andreea was involved on several notable projects on the local market, having also exposure on a large area of industries and challenges faced by companies.

 

Adrian Mutea, Tax Manager – As a Transfer Pricing Manager within Mazars Romania team, Adrian has more than 6 years of experience in assisting multinational groups with a focus on transfer pricing planning and tax audits. Adrian has also spent 6 months within the Cape Town Mazars office, to assist South African multinational groups.

 

Alexandra Nechita, Assistant Tax Manager – Alexandra is an Assistant Manager within Mazars Romania, having a focus on direct taxation. With a background in both economic and legal studies, emphasizing on European regulations, Alexandra has also been involved in international taxation projects, focusing on the latest EU legislative changes. In this respect, she specialized in the field of cross-border arrangements that should be reported under DAC6 and held various webinars and trainings on this topic

 

Miruna Cîrstea, Assistant Tax Manager – Miruna is an Assistant Manager within Mazar’s Romania Tax department. With a background of legal studies, Miruna has an experience of more than 4 years in the field of taxation. Miruna specialises in indirect taxation and is always excited to share her knowledge by writing articles and participating to technical conferences.
