Adrian joined Mazars in 2016 and boasts experience of more than 11 years in financial advisory services. His expertise is particularly focused on conducting due diligence projects, encompassing both buy-side and sell-side engagements across a diverse range of industries such as Healthcare & life sciences, Technology, Real estate, Retail, Energy, infrastructure & environment, and many more. He has also gained exposure to M&A and Valuation projects, as well as on financial dispute analysis investigations.

Anca Mureșan, Visual-Storyteller & Founder, Blue Film Production

Anca has a degree in journalism from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences, with the thesis "The reality show between cinematographic and televisual storytelling," having as a case study the TV show "Dincolo de limite" broadcast by Prima TV between April and November 2004, during which she was firstly a production assistant and then a line producer.

In 2013, in Timișoara, she completed her entrepreneurial and management skills within a program developed by the Association for the Promotion of Women in Romania. Also, since 2013, she has been certified as a trainer.

Koen Lozie, Managing Director, Aver Associates

Koen is a Belgian international tax lawyer and certified European financial and estate planner. Among other degrees he holds a master’s degree from Georgetown Law School (D.C., 1991) where he specialized in U.S. international taxation and outbound US planning in particular. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Planning Practitioners and the International Tax Planning Association. He also holds certifications in U.S. life insurance planning.   

Before setting up his own firm he worked in tax in Belgium and with a private bank in Luxembourg. Today he is active mainly from Malta and Switzerland from where he runs a regulated trustee company and manages private client structures worldwide in 10 different jurisdictions.

Stela Colun, Tax Consultant & Founder, Colun Tax Consulting

Tax consultant Stela Colun is the founder and owner of the company, Colun Tax Consulting SRL.

Stela has extensive experience working for the Ministry of Finance in the Department for Accounting Regulations, where she played a crucial role in the development of accounting laws and guidelines. She also worked as a member of a Big4 firm's corporate tax advisory team, focusing on corporate profit tax, withholding tax, and local taxes. In addition, she has worked for Fine Consulting and Colman Tax, where she has acquired a wealth of experience and expertise in tax matters, particularly in relation to retail and real estate companies.

She boasts numerous certifications in personal data protection, is a Lead Auditor for the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System and has honed her expertise as a Cybersecurity Specialist.

Her expertise extends to implementing GDPR compliance across various sectors, including insurance companies, credit brokers, hospitals, medical clinics, online retailers, SMEs, associations, and foundations. She serves as the Information Security Officer for several companies and provides outsourced DPO services and data privacy consulting across different industries.
