On Wednesday, March 25, at 17:00, the NRCC will hold its Annual General Assembly of Members at the InterContinental Athénée Palace Bucharest (Regina Maria Hall).
The General Assembly will be followed immediately by the Monthly Network Drink at the same venue.
This year, five positions on the Board of Directors will be up for election. All interested member companies are invited to nominate their candidates.
The agenda will include a Q&A session, and all members are encouraged to send questions regarding the Chamber’s activities to NRCC Vice President Serban Isopescu and Executive Director Maurits Dohmen at info@nrcc.ro.
Important Information:
Only NRCC members who have renewed their 2026 membership are eligible to nominate candidates and vote.
Online voting will be available. Only votes submitted and confirmed via email by Wednesday, March 25, at 12:00 will be counted.
Companies may attend the event with multiple representatives, but each company is entitled to only one vote.

She has developed her leadership through programs such as the UN Global Empretec, SheLeads European mentorship, and Business Women Forum Romania. Co-founder of the Association for Victims of Sexual Crimes, she is also active in professional networks including EWA, BNI Romania, PWN Romania, and NRCC.
CONSTANTIN ROTARIU
CSO and co-founder, Bitcoin Romania
Constantin holds degrees in Computer Science and Finance and spent nearly a decade in Canada specializing in Big Data and Business Intelligence before discovering Bitcoin in 2013 and focusing his career on it. As CSO and co-founder of Bitcoin Romania, he has helped grow the country’s leading crypto exchange and ATM network while supporting the adoption of digital assets and educating the business community.
DAN SCHWARTZ
Managing Partner, RSM Romania
Dan is a certified Tax Adviser, Financial Auditor, and a Romanian CPA, and he specializes in Transfer Pricing and International Taxation. He has an in-depth understanding of the Romanian business environment, having experienced first-hand, as an entrepreneur, the challenges of sustainability, scalability, and stability. He has honed his expertise as a tax adviser and as a business leader through executive education programs completed at HIID-Harvard University, Washington State University, George Washington University, and the Paris Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers.
GERARD KOOLEN
Group Managing Partner, Lugera & Makler
Gerard was born in 1961 in Amsterdam, where he graduated from the Business School (HEAO). After holding numerous senior roles in various companies, he co-founded Lugera in 1996 with Lubos Kovac and Rastislav Grznar in Trencin, Slovakia. Their goal was to build a great staffing agency and help as many people as possible find better jobs. And it was a huge success. The bigger they grew, the more people they were able to help.

Jacques has been responsible for setting up and developing one of the largest personalization fulfillment centers for the promotional industry in Europe. He has also held executive roles for many years in production, supply chain, and service industries in Romania.
JURGEN DE RUIJTER
President of the Board and CEO, maib IFN S.A. Romania
Jurgen is an international banking executive and fintech entrepreneur with over 25 years of leadership experience across European financial institutions and technology-driven financial services. He is currently building a digital lending and payments fintech in Romania backed by Moldova’s largest bank, focused on serving private individuals and self-employed professionals.
PAUL RENAUD
Paul coaches leadership teams and executives, helping clients achieve full transformation while embracing change. He has served as an executive and coach with multinational companies, including Adobe, BIC, Bitdefender, BT, Coca-Cola, Endava, FintechOS, Google, ING Bank, ORTEC, Philips, Profi, and UPS. Paul has lived and worked across Asia, South America, North America, Europe, and Africa.
