Răzvan Butucaru – Partner, Financial Services & Advisory Leader, Forvis Mazars in Romania
Răzvan advises organisations through critical moments that shape long-term success. With experience spanning consulting and the banking sector, he works closely with boards and executive teams on matters relevant to investors, regulators, and strategic stakeholders.

Cristian Botezatu – Senior Manager, Tax

Cristian boasts an experience of more than 12 years in the field of taxation, both as a tax advisor within Forvis Mazars and as a former tax inspector within the Romanian Tax Authority, where he mostly worked with tax audits. He has developed expertise in direct tax advisory, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, and international taxation.

Florina Andra Ilie – Senior Manager, HR & ESG Advisory
Florina has over 14 years of consulting experience supporting organisations across multiple industries in Romania and Bulgaria. Her expertise includes HR transformation, compensation and benefits, workforce analytics, organisational effectiveness, and ESG topics such as pay equity, DE&I, and the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
