Răzvan Butucaru – Partner, Financial Services & Advisory Leader, Forvis Mazars in Romania
Răzvan advises organisations through critical moments that shape long-term success. With experience spanning consulting and the banking sector, he works closely with boards and executive teams on matters relevant to investors, regulators, and strategic stakeholders.

Lucian Dumitru – Partner, Tax
Lucian is a tax specialist with more than 15 years of experience covering corporate income tax, international taxation, M&A, reorganisations, individual taxation, and transfer pricing. He holds an LLM in Advanced International Taxation from King’s College London.

Florina Andra Ilie – Senior Manager, HR & ESG Advisory
Florina has over 14 years of consulting experience supporting organisations across multiple industries in Romania and Bulgaria. Her expertise includes HR transformation, compensation and benefits, workforce analytics, organisational effectiveness, and ESG topics such as pay equity, DE&I, and the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
