About the speakers:
Ştefan Posea is an economist based in Bucharest, covering Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia and Croatia. He joined ING in September 2023, having previously worked at FocusEconomics. Stefan holds an MSc in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London and a BSc in Finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
Alin Becheanu is a fraud and anti–money laundering specialist with over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and banking. He leads the fraud prevention team at ING Bank Romania and is President of APCF. He also chairs the Anti-Fraud Commission of the Romanian Association of Banks, focusing on digitalizing criminal processes and strengthening public–private cooperation.
