The labour market shortage: local recruitment ideas, the option of importing foreign workers and an update on labour taxes

Join us on 17th of April, in Cluj, for an interactive Knowledge Center about HR and Taxes seen from a double perspective, presented by experienced specialists from TPA and AbsoluteJobs.

Faced with the difficulties of recruiting Talent, HR awareness is fulfilling the leading Oscar role in everyday business activity. One of the key solutions to this issue is a(n) (almost) perfect blend between the profile of the candidate and his expectations, all set in the framework of the overall strategy of the company.

Foreign workers:

It is increasingly more complicated to find qualified workforce in Romania, therefore more and more companies employ foreign workers from outside the EU. The number of labor permits issued is limited, and the procedures to receive a labor permit are bureaucratic and time consuming. TPA helps its clients to successfully receive labor permits for employees from non-EU-countries within the shortest possible period. We will explain to you at the presentation what the conditions are, which procedures have to be respected, what kind of information we need from you and how we can assist you.

Taxes on labor:

We will make a brief presentation of the main legislative changes regarding the labor taxation and we will discuss about the benefits in kind (examples, supporting documents, risks in case of a tax audit).

The presentations are followed by a Network Drinks Event, perfect set-up for making new business connections and sharing ideas on the topics presented.
