Razvan Pascu, Managing Partner Travel Communication
Razvan Pascu is a new generation romanian entrepreneur, with + 10 years experience in public relations, communication, events and investor relations. His main field of action is travel but his investments also include technology and mobile app. He has a large online community, exceeding 210k friends and followers on his Social Media channels and very often in TV shows.

Through his NGO - Travel Focus Association - Razvan also promotes Romanian regions to potential tourists, helping them to increase their tourist potential. In the past year he invested in some mobile apps as well as developed a new company to help potential foreign investors invest in Romania and find properties of potential businesses from the Romanian tourism area - VP Connections. Razvan is a part of Forbes "30 under 30" generation and former vice-president of Association of Young Entrepreneurs in Romania

Marian Vasile, HR Business Partner Philips Central and Eastern Europe

Marian Vasile is an HR professional with 15 years of experience in the field. All-round HR experience, starting with Reward and finishing off with Business Partner roles, he is passionate about working with and for people. He places a huge emphasis on understanding rationale behind decisions, particularly interested in the mechanisms of building engagement within multi-cultural teams. Father of an 8 year old boy, avid runner with multiple ultra-running competition prizes.



Travel Communication Romania is a communication and event organizing agency specialized in company events and enhancing employer branding. Over the years, Travel Communication Romania has organized over 500 events with up to 1400 participants: B2B events for partners and potential customers, B2C consumer events and employee events, from office activations to teambuilding events.
