Daniela has 16 years of experience in the tax field, of which 6 years were spent in the tax department of a Big4 company. Daniela has been a member of ACCA since 2009 and a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants since 2011. She has been involved in various tax consulting projects for many Romanian and international companies, providing assistance in areas such as tax planning and optimization, tax audits, due diligence, transfer pricing, M&A projects, acting as speaker during tax related seminars, consultancy on issues related to direct taxes, withholding taxes, personal taxation, indirect taxes or local taxes.

GABRIEL STĂNIGUȚ – Tax Manager

Gabriel is a manager within the tax department of TPA Romania, having over 7 years of professional experience in the field of taxation. He assisted important clients active both on the Romanian and international market, especially large groups operating in the real estate, automotive, production, retail and energy sectors. Gabriel specializes in tax consulting services in the field of international taxation, corporate tax, VAT and local taxes. He has been involved in international tax structuring, business restructuring and reorganization projects, tax consulting on various topics, due diligence, tax review, tax audit assistance etc. He has a bachelor's degree in international affaires and a master's degree in risk management. He is a certified tax consultant and is currently studying ACCA and ADIT.
