The workforce for the future – are we ready?

“The workforce for the future” is an event where the participants will get a closer understanding of their business future and how to responsibly initiate any change within their teams. It will be a working session with tools designed to help them become familiar with the whole process of a job change in any given organization. 

If we start to prepare well the announced changes, this job transformation project will bring more benefits to the organization within a specific period and with more brand-ambassadors than brand-assassins.

1. We are living interesting times when the robots and the automation processes are taking over the existing jobs. Can we ignore all these trends?

Andreea Georgescu, Senior Manager, Mazars 

With more than 15-years’ experience within the HR Advisory roles, Andreea has been involved throughout the years in a wide range of transformational projects in various industries such as manufacturing, financial services, FMCG, pharma, and consultancy. The projects managed by Andreea included: HR department set up - structure and processes, employer branding, talent management, HR system implementation, business transformation - restructuring and organizational design, industrial relations, expatriates management, performance management, and change management.

Andreea has graduated from the Faculty of Psychology within Al. I. Cuza University and holds a master degree in organisational psychology and HR management from The University of Bucharest. She obtained qualified certifications in various HR areas: trainer, competency assessor, project manager, a diploma in labor legislation and she is also a SHRM member.
