MKOR Consulting launches Leader's Profile in Romania

Rersearch objectives of Romania's Leader Profile

  • to identify the mix of attitudes and behaviors that make a successful leader in Romania (Romanian or expat);
  • to find out the educational and professional profile of the leaders;
  • to identify what are the main challenges of managers and entrepreneurs in Romania and their approach to them;
  • to identify the main leadership styles that define the leaders in Romania and what inspires them;
  • to identify several particularities of managers vs entrepreneurs, business leaders vs NGO leaders, men and women etc.


Study approach
MKOR looks for a national representative sample of respondents of managers / entrepreneurs from different type of companies (Romanian and multinational companies, social businesses, NGOs), taking into consideration also regional distribution. The target is at least 500 respondents: entrepreneurs, managers, top managers, directors, social business entrepreneurs and NGOs leaders from Romania.

All respondents that qualify for the survey and complete all of the questions participate to the draw for one of the prizes offered by MKOR and its partners. By now, there are more than 30 prizes consisting of invitations to business conferences, training programs and coaching sessions, professional services (PR audit, online business audit etc), free press releases and interviews, books, jewelries and so on.
